New Buffalo Bills receiver Chase Claypool makes interesting choice for new number
Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

The Buffalo Bills have added a ton of new faces at the wide receiver this offseason.

Buffalo signed former Washington Commanders receiver Curtis Samuel, as well as former Atlanta Falcons receiver Mack Hollins. The Bills also drafted Florida State wide receiver Keon Coleman in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft.

This came off the heels of the Bills not re-signing Gabe Davis, and trading Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans.

Most recently, the Bills signed receiver Chase Claypool, formerly of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Chicago Bears, and Miami Dolphins. After signing, Claypool chose No. 14 to be his jersey number- the former number of Stefon Diggs.

Claypool is trying to resurrect his career in Buffalo after bouncing around between the Steelers, Bears and Dolphins over the past two seasons. Claypool has 175 catches and 13 touchdowns in 58 career games.
